Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing equiviral.com or using any EquiViral services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Services
EquiViral provides AI Operating System design, development, and deployment services. Our website provides information about these services, a free AI OS Blueprint tool, and access to our AI Sales Agent. Specific service terms are governed by individual client agreements.
3. AI OS Blueprint Tool
The AI OS Blueprint generated by our assessment tool is provided for informational purposes. It represents a preliminary recommendation based on the information you provide. It does not constitute a binding proposal or guarantee of outcomes. Actual project scope, cost, and timelines are defined in formal client agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on equiviral.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of EquiViral and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific AI OS systems built under contract remain subject to the IP terms in individual agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
EquiViral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services beyond what is expressly agreed in a signed client agreement. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. AI Usage
Our services use AI technology including large language models. AI-generated content (including Blueprint recommendations) should be reviewed by qualified personnel before business decisions are made. We are committed to responsible AI use — see our AI Ethics Policy.
8. Governing Law
For UK clients, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For Nigerian clients, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
